United States

OrioChat does not provide a process for obtaining verifiable parental consent. In the United States, users under 13 may not create or use an OrioChat account because verifiable parental consent would be required for the collection, use, or disclosure of personal information from children under 13. This is OrioChat's service eligibility rule, not a general age-of-majority rule.

Europe

OrioChat does not provide a process for obtaining consent from a holder of parental responsibility. For the Europe region, OrioChat uses one service eligibility rule: users must be at least 16 years old to create or use an OrioChat account.

대한민국

OrioChat는 법정대리인 동의 절차를 제공하지 않습니다. 따라서 개인정보 처리 등 서비스 이용에 법정대리인 동의가 필요한 연령의 이용자는 OrioChat 계정을 만들거나 서비스를 이용할 수 없습니다.

대한민국에서는 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보 처리에 법정대리인 동의가 필요하므로, OrioChat는 대한민국 이용 가능 연령을 만 14세 이상으로 정합니다.

日本

OrioChatは、親権者または法定代理人の同意を取得するための登録手続きを提供していません。そのため、サービス契約、 個人情報の処理、有料または任意機能の利用について別途同意が必要となる年齢のユーザーは、OrioChatアカウントを作成 または利用できません。

日本では、OrioChatは親権者または法定代理人の同意なしにサービスを提供するため、18歳以上のユーザーのみが登録および 利用できます。これは未成年者であること自体ではなく、親権者または法定代理人の同意なしにOrioChatを利用できるかどうかに 関する基準です。
