By creating an account or using OrioChat, you agree to use the service lawfully and responsibly. OrioChat provides messaging, media sharing, friend, profile, notification, and real-time push-to-talk voice communication features.
You are responsible for your account activity and for content you send. Do not use OrioChat for harassment, threats, illegal content, spam, impersonation, unauthorized recording, privacy invasion, exploitation, malware, fraud, or conduct that interferes with the service or other users.
You must keep your account credentials, devices, and login methods secure and must not sell, transfer, share, or lend your account to evade enforcement or let another person misuse OrioChat. Notify OrioChat if you suspect unauthorized account access or a security issue affecting the service.
Account takeover, unauthorized account use, and creating or operating multiple accounts to evade enforcement, impersonate others, manipulate the service, spam, harass, commit fraud, or conduct illegal activity are prohibited. Users, accounts, chat rooms, groups, devices, identifiers, or payment paths operated for illegal or abusive purposes may be restricted, removed, suspended, or permanently banned together.
Abuse of push-to-talk voice, chat, custom emoji, media, reports, or any other feature to harass, bully, exclude, insult, impersonate, or target another person or group may result in content removal, feature limits, account suspension, or permanent ban. Exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities, attempting unauthorized access, disrupting the service, evading enforcement, or helping others do so may result in immediate permanent suspension and legal action where allowed.
OrioChat may limit, suspend, or remove accounts, content, features, or access when needed to operate the service, protect users, comply with law, investigate abuse, or enforce these terms. Features may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued.
OrioChat chat is local-first. Chat history may be stored primarily on your device, and cloud backup is an optional feature that you must explicitly start. If you delete local data, lose a device, uninstall the app, or use a new device without a cloud backup, some chat history may not be recoverable. You are responsible for keeping your device and account secure.
Cloud storage and cloud backup may be subject to storage limits, eligibility checks, upload and download availability, account status, and product plan limits. Secret rooms are excluded from export and cloud backup. Deleting a cloud backup removes the server-side backup record and storage object where technically available, but it does not delete local copies already restored to a device or copies held by other users.
Secret rooms provide additional product restrictions and supported client-side encryption for text, but they must not be used to evade law, safety rules, reports, or enforcement. OrioChat does not promise that every message, media item, metadata field, voice communication, push event, diagnostic record, or report-related record is end-to-end encrypted.
Paid features, subscriptions, advertising, or promotional programs may be offered. Any purchase terms shown in the app, Google Play, Apple App Store, or the applicable payment provider apply to those transactions.
These terms do not promise refunds except where required by applicable law, store policy, or the payment provider's terms. Account deletion does not automatically cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription; subscription cancellation must be handled through the store or payment provider where the purchase was made.
Europe
OrioChat is provided as an online communication service. You must follow these terms, applicable law, and the community policy. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

OrioChat 계정을 만들거나 서비스를 이용하면 본 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다. OrioChat는 메시지, 미디어 공유, 친구, 프로필, 알림, 실시간 무전 음성 통신 기능을 제공합니다.
이용자는 자신의 계정 활동과 전송 콘텐츠에 책임이 있습니다. 괴롭힘, 협박, 불법 콘텐츠, 스팸, 사칭, 무단 녹음, 개인정보 침해, 착취, 악성 행위, 사기, 서비스 운영을 방해하는 행위는 금지됩니다.
이용자는 계정 정보, 기기, 로그인 수단을 안전하게 관리해야 하며, 제재 회피 또는 타인의 OrioChat 남용을 위해 계정을 판매, 양도, 공유, 대여할 수 없습니다. 계정 무단 접근 또는 서비스 보안 문제를 의심하는 경우 OrioChat에 알려야 합니다.
계정도용, 무단 계정 사용, 제재 회피, 사칭, 서비스 조작, 스팸, 괴롭힘, 사기 또는 불법행위를 위한 다계정 생성 또는 운영은 금지됩니다. 불법적이거나 부정한 목적으로 운영되는 사용자, 계정, 채팅방, 그룹, 기기, 식별자 또는 결제 경로는 함께 제한, 삭제, 정지 또는 영구정지될 수 있습니다.
실시간 무전, 채팅, 개인이모지, 미디어, 신고 또는 기타 기능을 이용해 타인을 괴롭히거나, 따돌리거나, 욕설 또는 비방을 하거나, 사칭하거나, 개인 또는 집단을 표적으로 삼는 행위는 콘텐츠 삭제, 기능 제한, 계정 정지 또는 영구정지 대상입니다. 버그 또는 취약점 악용, 무단 접근 시도, 서비스 방해, 제재 회피 또는 이를 돕는 행위는 즉시 영구정지 및 허용되는 범위의 법적 조치 대상이 될 수 있습니다.
OrioChat는 서비스 운영, 이용자 보호, 법령 준수, 신고 조사, 약관 집행을 위해 계정, 콘텐츠, 기능 또는 접근을 제한, 정지, 삭제할 수 있습니다. 기능은 변경, 중단 또는 종료될 수 있습니다.
OrioChat 채팅은 로컬 기반으로 동작합니다. 대화 내역은 주로 이용자 기기에 저장될 수 있으며, 클라우드 백업은 이용자가 명시적으로 시작해야 하는 선택 기능입니다. 로컬 데이터를 삭제하거나, 기기를 분실하거나, 앱을 삭제하거나, 클라우드 백업 없이 새 기기를 사용하는 경우 일부 대화 내역은 복구되지 않을 수 있습니다. 이용자는 자신의 기기와 계정을 안전하게 관리해야 합니다.
클라우드 저장소와 클라우드 백업은 저장 한도, 이용 자격, 업로드 및 다운로드 가능성, 계정 상태, 상품 또는 요금제 제한을 받을 수 있습니다. 비밀대화방은 내보내기와 클라우드 백업 대상에서 제외됩니다. 클라우드 백업을 삭제하면 기술적으로 가능한 범위에서 서버의 백업 기록과 저장 객체가 삭제되지만, 이미 기기에 복원된 로컬 사본 또는 다른 이용자가 보유한 사본까지 삭제되는 것은 아닙니다.
비밀대화방은 추가적인 제품 제한과 지원되는 텍스트의 클라이언트 측 암호화를 제공하지만, 법령, 안전 정책, 신고 또는 제재를 회피하기 위한 용도로 사용할 수 없습니다. OrioChat는 모든 메시지, 미디어, 메타데이터, 음성 통신, 푸시 이벤트, 진단 기록 또는 신고 관련 기록이 종단간 암호화된다고 보장하지 않습니다.
본 약관은 법령, 스토어 정책 또는 결제사업자 약관상 요구되는 경우를 제외하고 환불을 일괄 보장하지 않습니다. 유료 기능, 구독, 결제 취소 및 환불은 결제 당시 표시된 조건과 App Store, Google Play 또는 해당 결제사업자의 절차를 따릅니다. OrioChat 계정 삭제는 App Store 또는 Google Play 구독을 자동으로 해지하지 않습니다.

OrioChatのアカウントを作成または利用することで、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。OrioChatは、メッセージ、メディア共有、 友だち、プロフィール、通知、リアルタイムのプッシュトゥトーク音声通信機能を提供します。
ユーザーは、自分のアカウント活動および送信するコンテンツについて責任を負います。嫌がらせ、脅迫、違法コンテンツ、 スパム、なりすまし、無断録音、プライバシー侵害、搾取、不正行為、詐欺、サービス運営を妨げる行為は禁止されます。
ユーザーは、アカウント情報、端末、ログイン方法を安全に管理し、制裁回避または他者によるOrioChatの悪用のためにアカウントを 販売、譲渡、共有、貸与してはいけません。アカウントへの不正アクセスまたはサービスのセキュリティ問題が疑われる場合は、 OrioChatに通知してください。
アカウント乗っ取り、不正なアカウント利用、制裁回避、なりすまし、サービス操作、スパム、嫌がらせ、詐欺または 違法行為を目的とした複数アカウントの作成または運営は禁止されます。違法または不正な目的で運営されるユーザー、 アカウント、チャットルーム、グループ、端末、識別子または決済経路は、一括して制限、削除、停止または永久停止される ことがあります。
リアルタイムのプッシュトゥトーク音声、チャット、カスタム絵文字、メディア、通報またはその他の機能を利用して、他者を 嫌がらせ、いじめ、仲間外れ、暴言または誹謗中傷、なりすまし、個人または集団への標的化に用いる行為は、コンテンツ削除、 機能制限、アカウント停止または永久停止の対象です。バグまたは脆弱性の悪用、不正アクセスの試み、サービス妨害、 制裁回避、またはこれらを支援する行為は、即時の永久停止および許される範囲での法的措置の対象となる場合があります。
OrioChatは、サービス運営、ユーザー保護、法令遵守、通報調査、規約の執行のため、アカウント、コンテンツ、機能、 またはアクセスを制限、停止、削除することがあります。
OrioChatのチャットはローカルベースで動作します。チャット履歴は主に利用者の端末に保存される場合があり、クラウド バックアップは利用者が明示的に開始する任意機能です。ローカルデータを削除した場合、端末を紛失した場合、アプリを 削除した場合、またはクラウドバックアップなしで新しい端末を使用する場合、一部のチャット履歴は復元できないことがあります。
クラウドストレージおよびクラウドバックアップは、容量制限、利用資格、アップロードおよびダウンロードの可用性、 アカウント状態、商品またはプランの制限を受ける場合があります。シークレットルームはエクスポートおよびクラウド バックアップの対象外です。シークレットルームは追加の製品制限と対応するテキストのクライアント側暗号化を提供しますが、 すべてのメッセージ、メディア、メタデータ、音声通信、プッシュイベント、診断記録または通報関連記録が エンドツーエンドで暗号化されることを保証するものではありません。
本規約は、適用法、ストアポリシー、または決済事業者の条件で求められる場合を除き、返金を一律に保証するものではありません。 有料機能、サブスクリプション、解約、返金は、購入時に表示される条件およびApp Store、Google Play、 または該当する決済事業者の手続きに従います。OrioChatアカウントの削除は、App StoreまたはGoogle Playの サブスクリプションを自動的に解約するものではありません。
アカウント、コンテンツ、制限措置、または本規約に関する問い合わせは、アプリ内サポートまたは holykhw163@gmail.comまで送信できます。
