Refund, Cancellation, and Purchase Policy

United States

Purchase, cancellation, renewal, trial, refund, tax, and chargeback rules shown in OrioChat, the App Store, Google Play, Qonversion, or the applicable payment provider apply to the transaction. If a purchase is billed by Apple or Google Play, refund requests may need to be submitted through that store's refund process.

Except where applicable law, store policy, or payment-provider terms require otherwise, digital benefits are not refundable after they have been delivered, activated, used, consumed, downloaded, redeemed, or made available for the paid period. Examples include used subscription time, activated paid features, consumed credits or items, custom emoji benefits, voice or overlay features, and promotional benefits that have already been used.

If a refund is approved, OrioChat or the payment provider may revoke the related entitlement, stop future access, remove credited benefits, or adjust account records. Account deletion, app uninstall, not using a subscription after purchase, or losing access because of a policy violation does not automatically create a refund right.

For refund review, OrioChat may use transaction identifiers, entitlement state, delivery status, activation time, usage or consumption status, support history, and fraud-prevention records, only as needed for billing support, abuse prevention, dispute handling, and legal compliance.

Canada

Purchases are governed by the terms shown at purchase and by the App Store, Google Play, Qonversion, or the payment provider that processed the transaction. Refund eligibility may depend on timing, delivery, use, consumption, applicable law, and store or payment-provider policy.

Unless mandatory law or the applicable store/payment policy requires a refund, digital benefits that have been delivered, activated, used, consumed, downloaded, redeemed, or made available for the paid period are not refundable. Approved refunds may result in immediate entitlement revocation or benefit adjustment.

Europe

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. Where a withdrawal, cancellation, or refund right applies, it is handled according to the law, the purchase disclosure, and the store or payment-provider process used for the transaction.

Where allowed by applicable law and the purchase terms, digital content or digital services that have already been supplied, activated, used, consumed, downloaded, redeemed, or made available for the paid period may be excluded from refund or withdrawal after performance has begun. OrioChat may consider delivery and consumption records when responding to a store or payment-provider refund review.

If a refund is approved, OrioChat may revoke or adjust the related paid feature, subscription entitlement, credit, item, promotional benefit, or access right. Deleting an OrioChat account does not automatically cancel a store subscription or create a refund.

대한민국

유료 기능, 구독, 스토어 권한, 소모성 또는 비소모성 디지털 혜택, 프로모션 혜택의 구매, 해지, 갱신, 청약철회 및 환불은 결제 당시 표시된 조건과 App Store, Google Play, Qonversion 또는 해당 결제사업자의 정책 및 절차를 따릅니다.

관계 법령, 스토어 정책 또는 결제사업자 약관상 환불 의무가 있는 경우를 제외하고, 이미 제공, 활성화, 사용, 소비, 다운로드, 교환 또는 유료 이용기간에 제공된 디지털 혜택은 환불되지 않거나 환불이 제한될 수 있습니다. 예를 들어 이미 사용한 구독 기간, 활성화된 유료 기능, 사용 또는 소모된 크레딧·아이템, 개인이모지 혜택, 음성변조·오버레이 기능, 이미 적용된 프로모션 혜택은 환불 대상에서 제외될 수 있습니다.

환불이 승인되면 OrioChat 또는 결제사업자는 관련 유료 권한을 회수하거나, 향후 이용을 중단하거나, 지급된 혜택을 차감하거나, 계정 기록을 조정할 수 있습니다. 계정 삭제, 앱 삭제, 구매 후 미사용, 약관 또는 운영정책 위반으로 인한 이용 제한은 그 자체로 환불 사유가 되지 않습니다.

환불 검토를 위해 OrioChat는 거래 식별자, 결제 및 권한 상태, 제공 여부, 활성화 시각, 사용 또는 소비 상태, 고객지원 이력, 부정 결제 방지 기록을 결제 지원, 분쟁 대응, 부정 이용 방지 및 법령 준수에 필요한 범위에서 처리할 수 있습니다.

日本

有料機能、サブスクリプション、ストア権限、デジタル特典、プロモーション特典の購入、解約、更新、返金は、購入時に表示された条件、 App Store、Google Play、Qonversion、または該当する決済事業者の手続きに従います。

適用法令、ストアポリシー、または決済事業者の条件により返金が必要な場合を除き、提供済み、アクティブ化済み、使用済み、 消費済み、ダウンロード済み、引換済み、または有料期間中に利用可能となったデジタル特典は返金されないか、返金が制限される場合があります。

返金が承認された場合、OrioChatまたは決済事業者は関連する権限、特典、クレジット、アイテム、またはアクセスを取り消し、 調整することがあります。アカウント削除やアプリ削除は、ストアのサブスクリプション解約または返金を自動的に行うものではありません。

المملكة العربية السعودية

تخضع عمليات الشراء والإلغاء والتجديد والاسترداد للشروط المعروضة وقت الشراء ولإجراءات App Store أو Google Play أو Qonversion أو مزود الدفع الذي عالج المعاملة.

باستثناء الحالات التي يوجب فيها القانون المعمول به أو سياسة المتجر أو شروط مزود الدفع الاسترداد، لا تكون المزايا الرقمية قابلة للاسترداد بعد تسليمها أو تفعيلها أو استخدامها أو استهلاكها أو تنزيلها أو استبدالها أو إتاحتها خلال الفترة المدفوعة.

إذا تمت الموافقة على الاسترداد، فقد يسحب OrioChat أو مزود الدفع الاستحقاق المرتبط أو يوقف الوصول المستقبلي أو يعدل الرصيد أو السجلات. حذف الحساب أو حذف التطبيق لا يلغي الاشتراك في المتجر تلقائيا ولا ينشئ حقا تلقائيا في الاسترداد.
