OrioChat is operated by holykhw. Marketing, event, and product-update messages are sent only where permitted by law and, where required, based on user consent. Consent withdrawal or marketing questions can be sent to holykhw163@gmail.com.
Marketing-message consent is separate from advertising personalization, ad measurement, purchase, subscription, and refund processing. Refusing marketing messages does not disable service notices, billing notices, security notices, or ads that may appear under the Ads and Privacy Choices page.
United States
If you opt in, OrioChat may send product updates, events, promotions, surveys, creator or feature announcements, and related service news by push notification, in-app message, email, or other contact channel you provide.
You can use OrioChat even if you do not agree to marketing messages. You may withdraw consent at any time in the app where available, through support, or by contacting holykhw163@gmail.com.
Marketing consent is separate from refund, subscription, and advertising privacy choices.
Canada
If you opt in, OrioChat may send product updates, events, promotions, surveys, creator or feature announcements, and related service news by push notification, in-app message, email, or other contact channel you provide, where permitted by law.

Marketing consent does not control ad personalization, payment processing, refund review, or mandatory service notices.

마케팅 정보 수신에 동의하지 않아도 OrioChat의 기본 서비스 이용은 가능합니다. 동의는 앱, 고객센터 또는 holykhw163@gmail.com을 통해 언제든 철회할 수 있습니다.
마케팅 정보 수신 동의는 광고 맞춤설정, 광고 측정, 결제, 구독 해지 및 환불 처리와 별개입니다. 서비스 공지, 보안 공지, 결제 관련 안내 및 법령상 필요한 고지는 마케팅 수신 동의와 별도로 발송될 수 있습니다.

同意した場合、OrioChatはサービスのお知らせ、イベント、プロモーション、アンケート、機能案内、クリエイターまたは運営に関する情報を、 プッシュ通知、アプリ内メッセージ、メールなどユーザーが提供した連絡手段で送信することがあります。
マーケティング情報の受信に同意しなくても、OrioChatの基本機能を利用できます。同意はアプリ、サポート、または holykhw163@gmail.comを通じていつでも撤回できます。
マーケティング同意は、広告のパーソナライズ、購入、サブスクリプション解約、返金処理とは別のものです。
