Safety, Reporting, and Transparency Policy

OrioChat is operated by holykhw. Safety reports, illegal-content notices, moderation-review requests, account-compromise reports, law-enforcement contact, security issues, and transparency questions can be sent to holykhw163@gmail.com when an in-app flow is unavailable.
This policy is written for live operation after public launch, including scaled operation with large communities, high report volume, paid features, advertising, and cross-border users. OrioChat may use manual review, automated detection, abuse-prevention tooling, rate limits, and evidence preservation to operate the service safely.
United States
Users can report harmful content, illegal content, intellectual-property infringement, harassment, impersonation, account takeover, fraud, child-safety concerns, privacy invasion, security issues, and other safety problems in the app. If the in-app report flow is unavailable, contact the safety email with the post URL or room details, user identifier if known, screenshots or evidence, the reason for the report, and your contact information.
OrioChat may remove or hide content, label or reduce visibility of content, limit features, block interactions, require account verification, suspend accounts, permanently ban accounts, preserve records, notify platform or payment providers, or report serious abuse to appropriate authorities where allowed or required.
When OrioChat restricts content or an account, it may provide a reason category and available appeal path unless doing so would create security risk, reveal detection methods, compromise another user's privacy, interfere with an investigation, or be legally restricted. Users may request a review through the app or the safety contact.
At larger scale, OrioChat may prioritize urgent reports involving child safety, credible threats, non-consensual intimate content, account compromise, fraud, serious harassment, security incidents, and lawful emergency requests. Response time may vary by severity, evidence quality, legal complexity, language, and report volume.
Valid law-enforcement requests, court orders, subpoenas, emergency disclosure requests, and preservation requests are reviewed for legal sufficiency. OrioChat may preserve or disclose account, content, log, transaction, or safety records where required by applicable law or necessary to prevent imminent harm. User notice may be delayed or withheld where legally prohibited or where notice would create a safety or investigation risk.
Canada
OrioChat provides in-app reporting and blocking tools for community, profile, message, media, and account safety issues. Reports may be reviewed using manual and automated tools. OrioChat may take proportionate action against content, accounts, devices, identifiers, rooms, or payment paths used for abuse or enforcement evasion.
Users may request moderation review through the app or safety contact. Lawful requests from authorities and emergency safety requests may be processed according to applicable law, privacy commitments, and the technical records available.
Europe
For users in Europe, OrioChat treats illegal-content notices, user reports, moderation decisions, appeals, and advertising transparency as post-launch operational controls. Reports should identify the content or user, explain the legal or policy issue, include supporting evidence where available, and provide contact information for follow-up.
Where required by European platform rules, OrioChat will maintain a notice-and-action process, provide available reason categories for content or account restrictions, offer a review path for moderation decisions, and keep records needed for legal compliance, abuse prevention, transparency, and dispute handling.
OrioChat does not use sensitive-category data such as race, religion, health, sexual orientation, or political opinion for ad targeting. Where ads are enabled, ads should be distinguishable as advertising, and ad personalization choices should remain separate from marketing-message consent. OrioChat does not intentionally show personalized ads to users who are not eligible for personalized advertising.
If OrioChat reaches legal thresholds that create additional transparency-reporting, representative, researcher-access, advertising repository, or systemic-risk obligations, OrioChat will update operational processes and public notices according to the applicable rules and deadlines.

OrioChat는 출시 후 실제 운영 기준으로 신고, 차단, 커뮤니티 관리, 계정 보호, 결제 부정 이용 방지, 광고 투명성 및 보안 사고 대응을 처리합니다. 이용자는 앱 내 신고 기능 또는 holykhw163@gmail.com을 통해 유해 콘텐츠, 불법 콘텐츠, 권리 침해, 괴롭힘, 사칭, 계정도용, 사기, 아동 안전 문제, 개인정보 침해, 보안 문제를 신고할 수 있습니다.
신고에는 대상 게시물 또는 방 정보, 사용자 식별 정보, 증거 자료, 신고 사유, 회신 가능한 연락처를 포함하는 것이 좋습니다. OrioChat는 수동 검토, 자동 탐지, 부정 이용 방지 도구, 속도 제한, 증거 보존을 활용하여 대규모 이용자와 높은 신고량에 대응할 수 있습니다.
OrioChat는 필요한 경우 콘텐츠 숨김 또는 삭제, 노출 제한, 기능 제한, 상호작용 차단, 계정 확인 요구, 계정 정지, 영구정지, 관련 계정·기기·식별자·결제 경로에 대한 조치, 플랫폼 또는 결제사업자 통보, 관계 기관 신고를 할 수 있습니다.
콘텐츠 또는 계정 제한이 이루어진 경우 OrioChat는 보안상 위험, 탐지 방식 노출, 타인의 개인정보 침해, 조사 방해 또는 법령상 제한이 없는 범위에서 조치 사유 유형과 검토 요청 경로를 안내할 수 있습니다. 이용자는 앱 또는 안전 연락처를 통해 재검토를 요청할 수 있습니다.
대규모 운영에서는 아동 안전, 신뢰할 수 있는 위해 협박, 동의 없는 사적 이미지, 계정 탈취, 사기, 심각한 괴롭힘, 보안 사고, 긴급한 법집행기관 요청을 우선 처리할 수 있습니다. 처리 시간은 위험도, 증거의 명확성, 법적 복잡성, 언어, 신고량에 따라 달라질 수 있습니다.
日本
OrioChatは、公開後の実運用を前提として、通報、ブロック、コミュニティ管理、アカウント保護、広告透明性、返金不正防止、 セキュリティ対応を行います。アプリ内通報が利用できない場合は、対象情報、理由、証拠、連絡先を安全連絡先に送信できます。
OrioChatは、手動審査、自動検出、不正利用防止ツール、レート制限、証拠保全を利用し、コンテンツの非表示または削除、 機能制限、アカウント停止、永久停止、関係機関への通報など、必要な措置を取ることがあります。
制限措置に誤りがあると考える場合、ユーザーはアプリまたは安全連絡先を通じて再審査を求めることができます。

يطبق OrioChat هذه السياسة كمعيار تشغيل بعد الإطلاق العام، بما في ذلك المجتمعات الكبيرة وكثافة البلاغات والميزات المدفوعة والإعلانات والمستخدمين عبر الحدود. يمكن الإبلاغ داخل التطبيق أو عبر holykhw163@gmail.com عند تعذر استخدام مسار الإبلاغ داخل التطبيق.
قد يستخدم OrioChat المراجعة اليدوية والكشف الآلي وأدوات منع إساءة الاستخدام وحدود المعدل وحفظ الأدلة، وقد يخفي المحتوى أو يزيله أو يحد من الميزات أو يوقف الحسابات أو يحظرها نهائيا أو يبلغ الجهات المختصة حيث يسمح القانون أو يوجب ذلك.
يمكن للمستخدمين طلب مراجعة قرارات الإشراف عبر التطبيق أو جهة الاتصال المخصصة للسلامة. قد تختلف أولوية ومدة المعالجة حسب خطورة البلاغ وجودة الأدلة والتعقيد القانوني واللغة وحجم البلاغات.
Other Regions
In other supported regions, OrioChat applies the same scaled-operation baseline: in-app reporting and blocking, safety contact fallback, manual and automated moderation, proportionate enforcement, review requests, abuse-record retention, lawful request handling, and incident response according to applicable law and technical availability.
If local law creates additional safety, transparency, data-protection, consumer, advertising, or platform obligations, OrioChat will apply the local mandatory rule where required.
