Operator and deletion support

OrioChat is operated by Holykhw Account and data deletion support, privacy requests, and account-access problems can be sent to [email protected] when the in-app deletion flow is unavailable

This page is OrioChat's public external account-deletion resource If you can sign in, use Settings > Privacy & security > Delete account to start the request directly in the app If you cannot access the app or account, the support email above can be used to start an external deletion request Identity verification is limited to information reasonably needed to protect the account; never send your password or full payment-card details

Account deletion is separate from store subscription cancellation, payment-provider refund review, chargeback handling, and entitlement revocation Deleting an account does not automatically refund purchases, especially digital benefits that have already been delivered, activated, used, consumed, downloaded, redeemed, or made available for the paid period

Moderation records, reports, and other users' copies may be deleted, hidden, de-identified, or retained according to the Safety Policy, Privacy Policy, legal obligations, abuse-prevention needs, and technical limits

Offline Emergency and online public rooms

Turning off Emergency mode stops this device’s discovery and relay activity; it does not recall copies already relayed Clearing an offline conversation hides local history and cancels this device’s pending relay, with stored content removed through the cleanup rules in the Privacy Policy Leaving a public room or deleting an account does not delete copies already stored on recipients’ devices

Shared policy for all supported regions

The shared policy applies across all supported regions Regional provisions are also shown in full to every reader and apply to the regions they name Mandatory local rights remain unaffected

You can request account deletion in the app from Settings > Privacy & security > Delete account OrioChat applies a 2-week grace period before final deletion During that period, the account may appear as a deleted user and you may cancel deletion by signing in where the app permits

After final deletion, OrioChat deletes or de-identifies personal data associated with the account unless retention is needed for legal compliance, security, abuse prevention, dispute handling, backup cleanup, or another legitimate operational need

Account deletion targets server-side account data and cloud records controlled by OrioChat It does not automatically erase local copies already stored on your devices, local copies restored from a cloud backup, exported files you saved outside OrioChat, or copies stored on other users' devices Use in-app local deletion tools, device storage controls, or app uninstall where you need to remove local device data

If you cannot access your account, contact [email protected] and include the account identifier, login provider, and a description of your deletion request The external route starts the same account deletion process after proportionate identity verification; it is not a temporary account-freeze substitute

Account deletion does not automatically cancel active subscriptions, paid entitlements, or store purchases Manage subscription cancellation through the App Store, Google Play, or the payment provider where the purchase was made

Deletion scope and follow-up

Account cleanup covers account-linked cloud records and objects, profile and relationship data, map locations, saved places, journey data, memory posts and their stored images, and server legal-acknowledgement receipts The Privacy Policy explains feature-specific periods and legal exceptions A request starts the published recovery and cleanup process; it does not guarantee instant removal from every system You may request the status, remaining categories and reasons for retention by email Failed cleanup is retried and must not be described as complete Deletion of other users' saved or received copies and cancellation of store subscriptions require their separate controls
