Operator and deletion support

OrioChat is operated by holykhw. Account and data deletion support, privacy requests, and account-access problems can be sent to [email protected] when the in-app deletion flow is unavailable.

Account deletion is separate from store subscription cancellation, payment-provider refund review, chargeback handling, and entitlement revocation. Deleting an account does not automatically refund purchases, especially digital benefits that have already been delivered, activated, used, consumed, downloaded, redeemed, or made available for the paid period.

Moderation records, reports, and other users' copies may be deleted, hidden, de-identified, or retained according to the Safety Policy, Privacy Policy, legal obligations, abuse-prevention needs, and technical limits.

Shared policy for all supported regions

The shared policy applies across all supported regions. Regional provisions are also shown in full to every reader and apply to the regions they name. Mandatory local rights remain unaffected.

You can request account deletion in the app from Settings > Privacy & security > Delete account. OrioChat applies a 2-week grace period before final deletion. During that period, the account may appear as a deleted user and you may cancel deletion by signing in where the app permits.

After final deletion, OrioChat deletes or de-identifies personal data associated with the account unless retention is needed for legal compliance, security, abuse prevention, dispute handling, backup cleanup, or another legitimate operational need.

Account deletion targets server-side account data and cloud records controlled by OrioChat. It does not automatically erase local copies already stored on your devices, local copies restored from a cloud backup, exported files you saved outside OrioChat, or copies stored on other users' devices. Use in-app local deletion tools, device storage controls, or app uninstall where you need to remove local device data.

If you cannot access your account, contact [email protected] and include the account identifier, login provider, and a description of your deletion request.

Account deletion does not automatically cancel active subscriptions, paid entitlements, or store purchases. Manage subscription cancellation through the App Store, Google Play, or the payment provider where the purchase was made.
