The shared policy applies across all supported regions. Regional provisions are also shown in full to every reader and apply to the regions they name. Mandatory local rights remain unaffected.

These pages describe the commercial service policies for OrioChat, a messaging and push-to-talk voice communication app offered for the United States, Canada, Europe including Monaco, Korea, Japan, and other supported regions. The page automatically displays the regional document that matches the detected country, language, or time zone where possible, and users can manually choose another supported region from the region selector.

The privacy, terms, refund, ads, safety, and account deletion pages include notices for OrioChat's local-first chat design, optional cloud storage and cloud backup, advertising and ad-personalization choices, purchases and refund limits for used digital benefits, moderation, reporting, blocking, post-launch scaled safety operations, and secret-room limits.

These notices reflect OrioChat's actual service design: Cloudflare Workers, Cloudflare D1, Cloudflare Durable Objects, Cloudflare R2, Cloudflare Queues, Cloudflare observability, Cloudflare Pages, and Cloudflare Realtime SFU; local-first chat history; optional user-started Orio Cloud backup; Android push delivery through Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM); iOS push delivery through APNs; Apple and Google sign-in; Qonversion-backed store subscriptions or entitlements where enabled; and advertising where enabled.

Localized notices are provided in the language assigned to the selected region. If translated wording differs, the applicable regional section, mandatory law, store or payment-provider terms, and the original English wording govern to the maximum extent permitted by law. No translation expands refund, cancellation, deletion, service-availability, moderation-review, data, advertising, or damages rights beyond what applicable mandatory law requires.

Account deletion can be requested in the app from Settings > Privacy & security > Delete account. Other privacy and account requests can be submitted by contacting [email protected].

Security issues, vulnerability reports, account compromise concerns, abuse reports, and safety requests can also be sent to [email protected].
