Safety, Reporting, and Transparency Policy

OrioChat is operated by holykhw. Safety reports, illegal-content notices, moderation-review requests, account-compromise reports, law-enforcement contact, security issues, and transparency questions can be sent to [email protected] when an in-app flow is unavailable.

This policy is written for live operation after public launch, including scaled operation with large communities, high report volume, paid features, advertising, and cross-border users. OrioChat may use manual review, automated detection, abuse-prevention tooling, rate limits, and evidence preservation to operate the service safely.

Shared policy for all supported regions

The shared policy applies across all supported regions. Regional provisions are also shown in full to every reader and apply to the regions they name. Mandatory local rights remain unaffected.

Users can report harmful content, illegal content, intellectual-property infringement, harassment, impersonation, account takeover, fraud, child-safety concerns, privacy invasion, security issues, and other safety problems in the app. If the in-app report flow is unavailable, contact the safety email with the post URL or room details, user identifier if known, screenshots or evidence, the reason for the report, and your contact information.

OrioChat may remove or hide content, label or reduce visibility of content, limit features, block interactions, require account verification, suspend accounts, permanently ban accounts, preserve records, notify platform or payment providers, or report serious abuse to appropriate authorities where allowed or required.

When OrioChat restricts content or an account, it may provide a reason category and available appeal path unless doing so would create security risk, reveal detection methods, compromise another user's privacy, interfere with an investigation, or be legally restricted. Users may request a review through the app or the safety contact.

At larger scale, OrioChat may prioritize urgent reports involving child safety, credible threats, non-consensual intimate content, account compromise, fraud, serious harassment, security incidents, and lawful emergency requests. Response time may vary by severity, evidence quality, legal complexity, language, and report volume.

Valid law-enforcement requests, court orders, subpoenas, emergency disclosure requests, and preservation requests are reviewed for legal sufficiency. OrioChat may preserve or disclose account, content, log, transaction, or safety records where required by applicable law or necessary to prevent imminent harm. User notice may be delayed or withheld where legally prohibited or where notice would create a safety or investigation risk.

OrioChat provides in-app reporting and blocking tools for profile, message, media, and account safety issues. Reports may be reviewed using manual and automated tools. OrioChat may take proportionate action against content, accounts, devices, identifiers, rooms, or payment paths used for abuse or enforcement evasion.

OrioChat does not use sensitive-category data such as race, religion, health, sexual orientation, or political opinion for ad targeting. Where ads are enabled, ads should be distinguishable as advertising, and ad personalization choices should remain separate from marketing-message consent. OrioChat does not intentionally show personalized ads to users who are not eligible for personalized advertising.

Voice-changing and AI voice features may be used only lawfully. Users must not use altered or AI-generated audio to impersonate or mislead, commit fraud, harass, threaten, conceal unauthorized recording, evade enforcement, or infringe privacy, publicity, intellectual-property, consumer-protection, or other rights. Users are responsible for obtaining required consent, clearly disclosing that audio is altered or AI-generated when required by law or context, and for claims, losses, penalties, or disputes arising from their use. OrioChat does not endorse user-created altered audio or warrant that a voice is unique, licensed, non-infringing, or lawful for the user's intended use. To the extent permitted by law, OrioChat is not responsible for user misuse; nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Violations may result in feature restrictions, suspension, termination, and cooperation with valid legal process consistent with applicable law and the Privacy Policy.

OrioChat users must not send or promote illegal content, sexual exploitation, child sexual abuse material, threats, harassment, bullying, social exclusion, profanity targeted at another person, hate, non-consensual intimate content, impersonation, account takeover, unauthorized account use, multi-account abuse, spam, fraud, malware, doxxing, or content that invades another person's privacy. Misuse of chat, push-to-talk voice, profile, friend, media, mailbox, report, or notification features for these purposes is prohibited.

Custom emoji, images, names, profile content, and other user-created content must not be used to insult, mock, isolate, threaten, harass, shame, impersonate, or organize abuse against another person or group. Users are responsible for the content they create, upload, select, and send through OrioChat, including custom emoji and media.

Exploiting bugs, abusing vulnerabilities, bypassing limits, attempting unauthorized access, scraping data, disrupting service operation, evading enforcement, or helping others do so is a severe violation. OrioChat may permanently suspend the account and device or access path involved, preserve evidence, notify platform providers or payment providers, report serious abuse to appropriate authorities, and pursue legal remedies where allowed.

Accounts, users, chats, groups, or related access paths operated for illegal, fraudulent, abusive, exploitative, coordinated harassment, spam, enforcement-evasion, or other harmful purposes may be restricted, removed, suspended, or permanently banned. OrioChat may take action against related accounts, devices, identifiers, payment paths, and rooms when they appear to be operated together or used to continue prohibited activity.

Users may block other users and report harmful behavior. OrioChat may review reports, preserve relevant records where needed, restrict content, limit features, suspend accounts, permanently ban accounts, or report serious abuse to appropriate authorities. Profile links, names, images, and media are user-generated content. Users must have the right to use the content they post and must not infringe copyright, trademark, portrait rights, publicity rights, or other intellectual property rights. An infringement report may be sent to the reporting contact and should include information identifying the relevant post, information confirming ownership of the right or authority to act for the rights holder, and the reason the content is alleged to infringe.

If your content, account, or access is restricted and you believe the action was wrong, you may request review through the in-app support flow or the reporting contact. OrioChat may keep moderation, report, safety, and security records where needed to operate the service, prevent repeat abuse, and comply with law.
