Ads, Ad Personalization, and Privacy Choices
Operator and advertising contact
OrioChat is operated by Holykhw. Advertising, privacy-choice, consent, and data-rights questions can be sent to holykhw163@gmail.com.
OrioChat may display ads through Google Mobile Ads / AdMob. Ads can be contextual, limited, non-personalized, or personalized depending on your region, device settings, consent choices, age eligibility, store policy, and the availability of Google privacy messages.
In live operation at scale, OrioChat treats ad choice, ad labeling, consent revocation, sensitive-category restrictions, child or age-ineligible user restrictions, fraud prevention, and ad-related transparency as ongoing operational controls, not one-time launch disclosures.
Shared policy for all supported regions
The shared policy applies across all supported regions. Regional provisions are also shown in full to every reader and apply to the regions they name. Mandatory local rights remain unaffected.
If ads are enabled, OrioChat and advertising providers may process identifiers such as the Android Advertising ID or Apple's advertising identifier where available, device and app information, approximate region, ad interactions, frequency capping signals, diagnostics, fraud-prevention signals, and consent or privacy-choice signals.
Ad personalization may use information provided by the advertising provider or allowed by your device and account settings. You can manage device-level ad personalization or tracking controls in Android, iOS, Google, Apple, and other platform settings. OrioChat does not sell personal and sensitive user data.
OrioChat does not intentionally use sensitive-category data such as race, religion, health, sexual orientation, political opinion, or child status to target ads.
Marketing-message consent is separate from ad personalization. Refusing marketing messages does not automatically disable all ads, and changing ad privacy choices does not automatically unsubscribe you from service or marketing messages where you separately opted in.
Personalized advertising may be restricted or replaced with non-personalized or limited ads based on your region, device and platform settings, consent status, age eligibility, store policy, and Google advertising settings. You can manage available advertising choices through Android and iOS tracking controls, advertising-identifier controls, Apple ATT settings, Google advertising settings, and OrioChat's available privacy-options entry point.
If you are under the applicable age of consent for personalized advertising, OrioChat should not ask you for personalized ad consent and should use restricted or non-personalized treatment where ads are served.
Ads should be distinguishable as advertising where required. If additional advertising-transparency obligations apply because of scale, region, or platform rules, OrioChat will update its operational process and public notices.
Europe
For users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and other regions where similar rules apply, OrioChat uses Google privacy messaging or another Google-certified consent management platform where required before requesting ads that need consent. Depending on your choices, ads may be personalized, non-personalized, limited, or unavailable.
Where required, consent may cover cookies or local storage, advertising identifiers such as AdID or IDFA, ad selection, ad measurement, fraud prevention, and vendor processing. You can change or withdraw available ad privacy choices through the app's privacy options entry point when it is required for your region.
Map campaigns and advertising reports
Paid map campaigns must be identified as advertising and distinguish the advertiser from OrioChat's own information. Advertisers must have rights to their creative materials and must not use deceptive claims, illegal products, discriminatory targeting or hidden tracking. Placement and campaign information must not imply an official partnership unless one exists. Report a campaign using its placement identifier and the advertising or safety email; illegal or misleading campaigns may be suspended or removed under the Safety Policy. Direct advertising orders follow the direct-work section of the Refund Policy.
Changing marketing-message consent does not change ad-personalization choices. You can revisit available app privacy options and device tracking settings. When an applicable opt-out is received, we apply it to the processing it covers. Restricting ad personalization does not authorize tracking for another purpose. Precise friend locations, private chats and private memories are not provided to advertisers for targeting under these campaign terms.
